Going to Parables@work is a joy and I look forward to every lesson. I have been with Parables for nearly four years. My English has improved tremendously. Composition writing has never been my cup of tea, but now I enjoy doing it. We are given challenging worksheets and test papers. Lessons are livened up with fun games. There’s never a dull moment at Parables. My teacher is very encouraging and understanding. She makes an effort to explain every single detail and make sure everyone understands. On top of that, she has a very good reward system for children who do well. Making them work even harder! - Denyse Tan Li Yi

I feel that Parables@work is one of the best tuition centres I’ve been to. My teacher is an excellent teacher and she speaks fluent English. Parables isn’t like a normal tuition centre where the teachers just give assessments for the students to do, and then leaves then alone. They discuss the worksheets so that we understand every single word, THEN they leave us. If there is time, we would play a fun game called “Mad Libs”. Before I joined Parables, I‘ve been getting 12 out of 20 for my compositions. But ever since I joined Parables, I‘ve been getting 18, 19, or even full marks! I would like to say that Parables is a very good place, and the proof if you study hard enough at Parables, compare your school work with a before and after. You can surely see the difference! - Chanel Tee

I think Parables has done a lot for me, and I really appreciate all the effort the teachers there have put in to pull my grades up and to improve my command of the English language. I miss my time there especially the hilarious times we students had. I felt that without all the encouragement, care and concern the teachers have showered on me, I wouldn’t have had the motivation to strive for the best in my primary school leaving examinations. Thanks for everything. - Samantha Quek, 14 yrs old.
